Bronze Coaching Package
The Bronze Coaching Program is either for a business owner whose business is overly dependent on the owner OR a business leader who wants to excel in leadership and management.
Business coaching may focus on improving your marketing strategy, business processes, cash flow and profitability, accountability, operations and controls, hiring the next 1-2 team members, and more.
Executive coaching may focus on developing yourself as a leader, communications, managing difficult people, hiring and team development, culture, time and priority management, and discussing issues you can only discuss in a confidential and personal relationship.
Annual Coaching Program Includes:
2 Coaching Sessions a Month
(60 minutes each as required)- 2 Phone Sessions
- 15 minutes review/ critique between sessions.
- 1 Complimentary DISC Assessment.
- Client Learning Materials
- Support for Partnerships not included
The Bronze Coaching Program may also be used for business coaching clients who have completed 2 to 3 years of coaching, transitioned leadership in their business, and would like monthly ongoing board-level advisory from their coach.
